Q: How is my data collected, and how can my doctor access it?
Your smartwatch collects movement data continuously while you wear it. This data is processed by Neptune’s AI to generate your motor symptom and treatment response insights. Anything you log manually – medication, meals, exercise, wellbeing – is added to your personal record and can be seen by your doctor.
Your doctor can view your data through the Neptune physician portal. At your next appointment, you and your doctor can review your symptom patterns together and discuss treatment adjustments.
