There are no costs for the physician. No setup fees, no software licenses, no hardware costs. The patient receives the app and smartwatch through their IKK Südwest coverage. You receive reimbursement for using Neptune.

No. There are no setup fees, software licences, hardware costs, or hidden charges. IKK Südwest reimburses you for your time – you do not pay for anything.
No. Reimbursement is processed directly through Convema. There is no separate invoicing or claims process required on your end.
Currently, full coverage and physician reimbursement are available through IKK Südwest only. We are in active discussions with additional insurers. Patients not covered by IKK Südwest can sign up to our waitlist to be notified when alternative coverage and payment solutions become available.
